The commissioning with our SEOS® software for Stöcklin Logistik AG at a Swiss watch manufacturer was successfully completed. Thanks to the good cooperation with the experts of Stöcklin, SEOS could be easily integrated into the already operationally used plant.

The stacker cranes carry small part boxes and have a height of approx. 14m. To increase the storage throughput, the software SEOS should be used. The expectations could be exceeded. Compared to standard jerk-limited driving profiles and methods based on input shaping, the maximum acceleration could be increased from 0.6 m/s² to 2.0 m/s² (+ 233%) – without vibrations on the mast.
