Our managing director, Mrs. Edith Berger, signed with British Steel the contract (1143) for the delivery and installation of the STEMA® JU15 Rail Stamping Machine to U.K.
The STEMA® JU15 will be delivered to our customer British Steel in July 2019 and will be installed in August 2019 at the Rail & Section Mill in Scunthorpe.

We are proud to have signed a contract with JFE Steel Corporation, Japan on September 7, 2018 for delivery of STEMA JU33.
JFE is one of the 2 major rail producers in Japan and our first customer in Japan.
The STEMA JU 33 will be delivered to Japan in the early summer next year and put into operation in autumn 2019 together with the JFE team.
We look forward to a good cooperation with JFE Steel.
New stamping head and modernization of a Stamping system in Vietnam successfully completed
Following the acquisition of Stangl Technik GmbH in 2017, outstanding orders and projects were also taken over. One order was the repair of the slab stamping machine supplied by Stangl in Ha Tinh Steel in Vietnam, which was successfully carried out in the middle of 2018.
As part of the work and optimization measures, a completely new stamping head was manufactured and successfully installed and commissioned at the end customer Formosa Ha Tinh Steel in Vietnam. Thanks to the optimization of the stamping machine, the system can now be operated reliably and trouble-free over the long term. The project was completed on schedule and once again confirms our expertise in stamping technology for hot steels.

Danieli China has signed a contract with Berger Engineering GmbH for the delivery of a STEMA JU12 rail stamping machine for the final customer Xiwang Steel, China.
STEMA will be delivered on January 30, 2018 and then installed and commissioned at Xiwang plant in Shandong.
We are looking forward to a good co-operation with Danieli and Xiwang!
On August 10, 2017, the managing director of MONIT SHM Sp. z o.o., Dr. Ing. Szwedo Mariusz, general contractor for the renewal of the rail mill HUTA KROLEWSA in Poland signed a contract for the delivery, assembly and commissioning of 2 rail stamping machines.
BERGER Engineering will construct and install 2 new types of machines for stamping of short and extra-short rails.
Now an important field of business for special rails is covered!
As of December 7, 2016, Stangl Technik GmbH, Frankenburg, Austria filed for insolvency and terminated its business activities.
On February 2, 2017 the company Berger Engineering GmbH took over the legal estate and the entire technical engineering (including all design engineering).
A new rail production facility was erected in the Esfahan steel plant.
For this rail production the Rail Stamping Machine from BERGER Engineering GmbH was installed and successfully put into operation!
Today, on 13th of September 2017, the stamping machine STEMA® JU 10 successfully stamped the first rail in Iran.
The rail marking machine from TSTG (Thyssen) was rebuilt and retrofitted.
The 10 years old rail stamping machine was installed in the state steel plant ESCO in Esfahan and was integrated in the ongoing production in record time.
Since 13.09.2016 our STEMA for ESCO marks the rails and on 14.09.2016 the certification was held by the National Iranian Railways successfully.
